Galito’s Flame-Grilled Chicken just started their outlets in India after rocking the taste buds of Middle East people. They are known for their bold African flavors and 24 marinated chicken. As a vegetarian, I was skeptical to visit this place, but when I just had a chance to visit this place, I decided to take it. Surprisingly, I was just blown out by their variety in the menu and their dishes. This place offers such a wide range of vegetarian options, apart from their signature  Flame-Grilled Chicken. And the prices are so pocket-friendly that anyone can enjoy an international cuisine at a very regular price.

Ambiance: There are 2 options of seatings available; one is the fast food outlet ambiance and other is a casual dining setup.

Appetizers: Cheese toast looked so delicious that I had ordered it and I am glad I did. It was crunchy with flavors of herbs, cheese, and grilled vegetables.

Pershroom was a bowl of mushrooms cooked with onion tomato. It is served with Garlic bread. It was amazing. Works great with the garlic bread.

Main Course: Paneer Espetada was something that I enjoyed more than anything in that place. It was paneer placed on a skewer with onion, pepper and served with a bowl of rice and salad. It was delicious and spicy. It is a recommended item on the menu solely for its spice factor.

Paneer Burger was the best I ever tried. Every bite just forced me to have more.

Desserts:  Malva Pudding was a South African dessert made of apricot jam and with a spongy caramelized texture. I just loved it. Would love to try this again. Totally recommended.

Baked yogurt with berry sauce was soothing in taste and amazing to have.

Baked Yogart

Coolers: I tried Green Apple Cooler which was refreshing. These coolers bring balance to all the spiciness of the dishes served.

I would congratulate Chef Inder Saini for successfully bringing a wonderful menu for the Indian population without losing the original theme.

Galito ’s also offers a wide range of sauce which they especially import from South Africa. They are – Garlic, Premium reserve extra hot, Hot, Lemon and Herb and Mild. You can buy them only from the Galito’s and these sauces do well all varieties of cuisine.
