Coldsmith Ice Creams is one place where one can enjoy incredible varieties of ice cream flavors with family and friends. They have recently opened their outlet in Elements Mall and with my friends, I visited this place on a Sunday afternoon.
As we reached the place, we were served with some incredible flavors to taste but the twist in the game was, we were asked to volunteer to make our favorite ice creams on the cold slab. It was a crazy experience to be on the other side of the counter making an ice cream for friends.
I had prepared the Verry Verry Berry which was a strawberry ice cream with strawberry and blueberry confiture. It may look easy from the other side but when you have your hands on experience you will know it’s tough. But I enjoyed making it. Their USP is the waffle cups that they use to serve the ice creams. For every flavor, they have specifically designed waffle cups, and after the ice cream is over you can enjoy the cups too. Because I can bet that they are yummy.
My friend Siddhanth Singh, made a Chili Guava Roll which was quite amazing too. I have tried this flavor multiple places but here I liked it more because of the twist in the taste that was highlighted in this roll.
Another friend, Gautam Singh, made an Angel apple pie. It was more of a murder of ice cream rather than the making it. But he succeeded in making it amazing. This was basically a Vanilla ice cream with waffle crisps, apple confiture almonds, and cinnamon.
And finally, the experimental ‘The Inscrutable’. Dark chocolate ice cream with lemon zest and red chili. This one is an acquired taste, but I loved it.
I also tried Blueberry rolls, Snicker Licker and Ferrero Surprise. I loved them all.
Among the scoops, I tried Pan ice cream which was good. I love the Pan flavor overall so it was fun to try.
Waffles: I tried Caramel Popcorn that was good.
Hash brownie; and the brownie was so soft. I loved it. It is a recommended item for chocolate lovers.
American Pie was good.
Dream team waffle; I loved the concept. Nutella, chocolate sauce served with Belgian dark chocolate ice cream. It was a perfect combo. I loved it. Again a recommended item on menu.
Milkshakes: Pure Gold was magic and thick. This is the one for mango fans. You will love it.
Fruit power shower was like it says, full of fruits. It was nice.
Fantastic fudge was good too.
Now, that I am endlessly sleeping with sugar shock, you guys visit the place and leave it in comments. I had a great time here. I loved this place and I would love to visit again… and again.
