Sigree Global Grill is a barbecue place with delicious food and classy ambiance. They have a buffet system with an open pasta kitchen and they also serve cocktails. I was lucky to visit this place when during the Street Food Festival because I had a blast!!.
Ambiance: The place looks classy and spacious with a buffet table arranged at one end and an open pasta kitchen at other. A new addition to this is the Chaat cart which is stationed near the Pasta kitchen.
Service: The service was good, friendliest staff I have ever met and the Chef, Mr. Kamlakanth, personally interacted with us and served us some of his signature dishes.
Drinks: Long Island Iced tea was customized and had a special litchi base. It was great.
Ginger Twist mango juice was quite refreshing.
Masala Chai after the heavy meal was needed, mild and refreshing
Appetizers: As we were attending the Street food festival, we had some delicious chaats and street dishes before coming to the barbecue.
We were welcomed with an Aam Panna as a welcome drink, which was quite refreshing.
Soon we had Chana zor garam, which was prepared live by the waiter and it was amazing. Boiled chickpeas mixed with onions, tomato, and green chili. It was a perfect start.
Papdi Chaat was good.
Nachos Bhel Puri was an innovative combo of nachos and bhel puri. It was good.
Pani Puri was good. Pani was cold and that made it amazing.
Crispy Corn Chaat was boiled corns mixed with pepper, chili powder, and black salt. It was good.
Three pepper Pizza was good.
Dahi Puri was tasty and I loved it.
Egg Paratha were paranthas instead of rolls, which looked and tasted good.
Ragda Pattie’s chaat was good too.
And then came the BBQ starters with Chatpata bhutta which were corn covered with pepper and lemon juice and roasted on direct flame. It was good.
Acchari panner tikka was good.
Herb Grilled mushrooms were really amazing.
Pasta: It was a make your own pasta cart, so depending on what we wanted chef came up with some amazing plates of pasta.
Penne Alfredo Pasta in which pasta tossed in olive oil with mushrooms, olives, jalapenos was served with alfredo sauce. This was the best I ever tasted.
Basil Pesto Sauce Pasta was also great. More green on the plate.
Olive oil tossed Spaghetti was nice.
Main Course: Pav Bhaji which everyone loves and I loved the bhaji too but felt the pav were brittle.
Chana Paratha was amazing. The parathas were easy to tear and channa was so good.
Desserts: I was all full but when I saw the chocolate fountain and the dessert counter I had to try some of it.
Honey Walnut Tart was amazing. I am glad I decided to have dessert. This one is a recommendation.
Jungle Mein Mangal was a combination of rabdi, jamun, and dry fruits. This is one of the chef’s innovation and it was amazing.
Mango Pudding was soft and tasty. I loved it.
I would like to thank Mr. Abhishek for being a good host and Team Sigree for making the experience wonderful. I would love to visit this place again for some more treat.
