Never have I imagined that the NH44 holds a hidden gem among its places. Queens Pub, a Bollywood themed Anglo- Indian Pub, one of my favorite places now in Electronic City to hang out with friends and get out of the stressful life is right there. This place is a rooftop pub located on the fifth floor of Ramee Strand Inn Hotel. I visited this place with my friends on a Friday night.

Ambiance: This place is divided into two parts; one is an indoor seating with a DJ deck and a stage for live music. The theme of the ambiance is Indo-British. The decor is like a British pub with posters of Bollywood giving an Indian touch. Outdoor seating is the open-air seating with the live streaming screen. They also have a private pool for parties.

Cocktails: Kudos to the barman for making amazing cocktails that gave a kick to the party.

I tried the Checkmate which was a delight; white rum with lime juice, Pineapple juice, Passion fruit syrup.

Fire Shots

I had asked for Barman’s special Shots. These were vodka-based flaming shots; pretty potent and worth it.

Appetizers: We started with Shroom Shroom; mushroom stuffed with Cheese and cooked in tandoor. It was amazing

Hara Bara Kabab was a delight. I loved it.

Desi loaded Nachos were cheese overloaded Doritos with olives. I loved it.

Potato Wedges were crisp and yummy. It works great with Cocktails.

Main Course: I had Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhni, Garlic Naan and Jeera rice. I loved the Dal Makhni. Best served with Jeera Rice.

Paneer Butter Masala was a bit tangy, and it went better with the Naan.

When I visited this place they had arranged Live music performance. That made our night amazing.

Overall, this place is a party destination away from the city. I would love to visit this place again for their amazing drinks and amazing food.
