Urban Tamaasha Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato

Urban Tamasha is a unique, multi-cuisine restaurant located at 100 ft road, Indiranagar. They serve the modernized version of the North Indian cuisine along with Asian and Continental too. I had a chance to visit this place with some of my friends on a Monday evening and I bet it was crowded.

Ambiance: They have a colorful set up with paper lanterns hanging on the ceiling and spacious seating arrangements. The service is good and the staff is courteous.

Mocktails: I had Buttermilk which was smooth and soothing.

Virgin Mojito needs improvements. I felt their mocktails have an unusual proportion of flavors which kills the taste.

Soup: Veg Manchow was good. The noodles were crispy and I loved it.

Appetizers: Dragon Roll was spinach and cheese loaded in small rolls with sweet and spicy sauce served in shot glasses. I loved the whole innovation and recommend it.

Tawa Paneer was amazing pan-fried paneer cutlets served with the green chutney.

Dahi Kebab were kebabs made out of curd. But needs a lot of improvement with the dish.

Matata Bullets are vegetables mashed with potato, fried and served with chutney. I loved it.

Main Course: Veg Diwani Handi was amazing spinach based vegetable with mixed gravy. I loved it. Works great with Roti and Naan.

Tawa Paneer Gravy was paneer mixed with tomato gravy. I felt the tomato flavor was excess and it needs to be lessened.

Daal Bhukara was black Udad daal gravy cooked slowly with cream and tomato and it tastes a bit sweet.
Assorted Bread served were amazing. They were soft and really good

Desserts: Sizzling Brownie was good, I loved it.
Fried Ice Cream was Vanilla flavored and was unique and a must try dessert.

The need to work on their mocktails and some of the dishes. I thank Foodzpah for suggesting this place. I would love to visit this place again for some more treats.

Foodie’s Verdict:
