Winter Is Coming…Game of Thrones

The new teaser of Game of Thrones is here and you gotta love it.

People who never watched an episode of this series, well there are some SPOILERS that you don’t want to know before watching it, so read at your own risk.

The name itself is enough to describe this epic fantasy drama. Nothing is related to real life (hello…fantasy!!!)  but everyone wishes it to be real. There are epic fighting scenes, twisted plots, steamy scenes (woohoo…) and dragons, but have you ever thought “I wish this character was still alive and not had this twist?”

That must be a lot, right?

Every character has their own little story to complete and their own share of twists and turns that they deal with their own style.  Even I wish some things should not have been what it was (Please don’t kill Ned Stark…come one. Kill that king, kill Robert Baratheon please.)

So here are a few of those nail-biting scenes that make you wanna transform into a dragon yourself.

  • If you’re a true hardcore fan of the game of thrones (like me), you must remember the very first episode where Ned’s son Bran discovers the forbidden love story of Cersei and  Jaime Lannister ( their relation was of brother and sister). I wished Bran wouldn’t have fallen down the cliff and said to King Robertson about this ugliest truth. Things would have been different today. If that happened, Ned Stark would never have to die (yes, I loved him).

  • How about the epic disaster when Sansa has to marry Joffrey Lannister and suffer those taunts and insults on her proud father, Ned Stark. Believe me, I was waiting for the death of Joffrey but not so easy as by poison.  He should have had it bad. He should have suffered (oh yes, I have a killing side) than that and needed to suffer a little more. Actually, I wanted Arya Stark to kill her (But that could be just me).

  • I understand this series is as brutal as some of his character. Any character can drop dead and that too anytime. But seriously, I never thought Robb Stark, Rob Stark and not Joffrey, to have such a brutal death; on his wedding.

  • One of the most painful moment as I wish he was still alive. It would have been really interesting to see Robb Stark and Daenerys Targaryen on the first meeting, instead of Jon Snow.

There are many scenes that I wished never had happen and the plot would have been a little different. Who can forget the death of Jon Snow?

Oh yeah, I was very disappointed with it but they resurrected them (I love the word – resurrected) so that justifies his first death.

Perhaps, it would have been more interesting if these things never happened (but that could be just me. Maybe you guys wanted everyone dead). Let us know in the comments and enjoy the teaser.

Let’s see what this season gives us (or kill…).

Till then…oh yeah  “WINTER IS COMING”.

  1. Ned Stark..was and is still one of the saddest scenes for me, because I didn’t know what I was getting into when the show first started. I have the same feeling for Joffrey, he should have suffered just a little bit more for everything he has done throughout the series. Happily waiting until next year for the new season.
